V's helm is a helmet made at Item Creation Bench.

Creation
Use <code>::upgrade</code> to open Item Creation Bench. Carry one of each listed item in your inventory and select the recipe. Check the displayed chance before confirming.

Required item !! Quantity
Slayer helmet (i) || 1
Neitiznot faceguard || 1
Viking pact crest (binding component) || 1

Base success chance: 50% per attempt. Donor rank can increase this chance; use the chance shown for your account.

On failure, only the Viking pact crest is consumed. The equipment ingredients remain. On success, all listed items are consumed and you receive the result.

This recipe has no increasing bonus from failed attempts.

The result starts at Temper +0, even when an ingredient was tempered. See bench success and failure for the shared rules.

The Viking pact crest and a separate direct drop of the finished item are available from Echo Sol Heredit. See Demonic Pact equipment for the solo Echo reward routes.

Effects
While equipped, adds one-sixth to melee accuracy and damage, or 15% to ranged and magic accuracy and damage, against assigned Slayer targets. The task boost does not stack with Salve amulet bonuses.

Use
Offers task checking, Slayer log access and teleporting to your task. Also has a chance to negate a damaging hit from a monster.

<div style="clear:both;"></div>
Combat bonuses
Base equipment bonuses before Tempering and other equipment effects.
