The Royal Titans are Branda the Fire Queen and Eldric the Ice King, fought together in a solo or duo instance. Each Titan has 1,200 hitpoints solo or 1,600 in a duo. Scaling is fixed when the fight starts.

Access and preparation

Choose Royal Titans in Sarim Hub. Use Enter or Quick-start on the tunnel for a solo fight. For a duo, both players use Join; the fight starts when the second player joins.

Bring melee and ranged weapons, food, Prayer restoration, and runes for Water Blast and Fire Blast or their Wave/Surge upgrades. The elemental spells clear the opposing walls.

Fight

Use melee when the Titans are close, then switch to Ranged when they retreat and their ranged defence falls. Use Protect from Melee against stomps; it blocks ordinary stomps but only reduces an enraged stomp.

  • Cast Water Blast, Wave or Surge on fire walls, and Fire Blast, Wave or Surge on ice walls. Ice spells can also clear fire walls.
  • Attack fire elementals with water spells and ice elementals with fire spells. A successful hit from the matching Wave or Surge spell kills an elemental.
  • When elemental energy converges on a marked safe tile, stand on that tile through all three blasts.

The final phase starts when either Titan reaches 35% health or is subdued. Finish both Titans to claim a reward.

Rewards

Deal damage to the Titans to qualify. After both fall, choose one reward option from either Titan within 18 seconds. Unclaimed rewards disappear. You cannot claim from both Titans.

  • Loot: roll the chosen Titan's unique rewards. If no unique is awarded, receive two standard-table rewards. Branda offers the fire element staff crown and Mystic vigour prayer scroll; Eldric offers the ice element staff crown and Deadeye prayer scroll. Both offer the uncharged Giantsoul amulet. Prayer scrolls stop being available once the corresponding prayer is unlocked.
  • Take pages: receive desiccated pages instead of the ordinary loot choice. A solo claim gives 10–19 pages.
  • Sacrifice: give up the primary reward for an improved Bran pet chance.

In a duo, your share of damage scales unique chances and standard-item quantities. Every reward choice still makes the separate clue and Bran rolls. Drop-rate bonuses affect unique chances; pet boosts affect Bran.
