Thunder khopesh is a weapon made at Item Creation Bench.
Creation
Use ::upgrade to open Item Creation Bench. Carry one of each listed item in your inventory and select the recipe. Check the displayed chance before confirming.

Base success chance: 50% per attempt. Donor rank can increase this chance; use the chance shown for your account.
On failure, only the Wilderness echo orb is consumed. The equipment ingredients remain. On success, all listed items are consumed and you receive the result.
Each failed attempt adds 10 percentage points to later attempts, up to a 20-point bonus. A successful creation resets the bonus.
The result starts at Temper +0, even when an ingredient was tempered. See bench success and failure for the shared rules.

Effects
Normal attacks hit monsters twice; large monsters and combat dummies receive a third hit. The second and third hits have maximums of 75% and 50% of the first hit's maximum. Damaging hits have a 20% chance to trigger delayed lightning that damages nearby monsters.
Special attack
Costs 50% special attack energy. Two slash hits each have 150% of the ordinary maximum hit and doubled attack bonus. If either deals damage, a delayed third slash hit has 225% of the ordinary maximum.
