Superior overload heart is a reusable combat boost made at Item Creation Bench.
Creation
Use ::upgrade to open Item Creation Bench. Carry one of each listed item in your inventory and select the recipe. Check the displayed chance before confirming.

Base success chance: 80% per attempt. Donor rank can increase this chance; use the chance shown for your account.
On failure, only the Snake tail is consumed. The equipment ingredients remain. On success, all listed items are consumed and you receive the result.
This recipe has no increasing bonus from failed attempts.
Effects
Boosts Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged and Magic by 7 plus 25% of the base level, rounded down, up to 130 at base level 99. Reapplies the boost every 15 seconds for 5 minutes.
Use
Activate the heart from your inventory. It can be activated again during its 5-minute effect. The repeated boosts stop if you enter the Wilderness or log out. You cannot activate it in the Wilderness or with the No Drinks duel rule enabled.
Reuse
The heart is reusable and is not consumed. At the end of an uninterrupted final cycle, the five boosted stats return to their base levels.
