Demon tears are rewards from Doom of Mokhaiotl. They can appear in the normal reward, and delves 3+ also award a guaranteed stack: 50 at delve 3, then 10 more per delve until 100 at delve 8+. The guaranteed stack is additional to any normal tear reward.
Each tear supplies one charge to an Eye of Ayak, up to 50,000. Tear-charged Eyes regain 10–20 charges per Doom kill when carried or equipped. Uncharge an Eye to recover its unused tears before changing to rune charges.
Creating Confliction gauntlets consumes 10,000 tears alongside a tormented bracelet and Mokhaiotl cloth, with 70 Smithing and 83 Crafting at a bank.
