Creation
Use ::upgrade to open Item Creation Bench. Carry one of each listed item in your inventory and select the recipe. Check the displayed chance before confirming.

On failure, only the Radiant tome is consumed. The equipment ingredients remain. On success, all listed items are consumed and you receive the result.
This recipe has no increasing bonus from failed attempts.

Effects
While worn, adds 10% melee accuracy and damage to ordinary attacks. Each Radiant oathplate piece adds the same boost, giving 30% with all three pieces.
