Rune pouch stores up to three types of rune, with a limit of 16,000 of each. Keep the pouch in your inventory to cast spells using the runes inside it.

Getting a rune pouch

The Achievement Point Store sells a rune pouch for 13 achievement points before donator discounts. Open it through the Achievement Book's Shop option. You need a balance of at least 13 points even when a discount reduces the amount paid.

You can also buy a rune pouch from the Slayer reward shop. It costs 750 Slayer points on economy worlds, or 300 Slayer points on PvP worlds. Leave inventory space for the purchase.

Using the pouch

• Use a rune stack on the pouch to deposit it, or choose Open to manage its contents.
• The pouch interface supports depositing and withdrawing one, five, all, or a chosen amount of a rune.
• Empty a rune type before adding a fourth type. Adding more of a stored rune still respects the 16,000-rune limit.
• The Open option is unavailable during combat. Prepare your runes before starting a fight.
• Empty moves the contents into available inventory space.

Destroy removes the pouch and drops its stored runes on the ground. Use Empty when you only want to take the runes out.
