Creation

Effects
Ranged accuracy and damage scale with the target's Magic level, as with the Twisted bow. Ruby enchanted bolts deal 30% of the target's current Hitpoints, capped at 150, while sacrificing 10% of the wielder's current Hitpoints, rounded down. Ruby procs cannot trigger below about 10% Hitpoints. Onyx and dragonstone enchanted bolt damage boosts are increased to 22%. This bow cannot attack players.
Ammunition and charges
Uses equipped arrows or bolts, including recognized enchanted bolts. Ammunition must not exceed the weapon's Ranged level requirement. Ordinary ammunition conservation applies.
