Webweaver bow is a weapon made at Item Creation Bench.
Creation
Use ::upgrade to open Item Creation Bench. Carry one of each listed item in your inventory and select the recipe. Check the displayed chance before confirming.

Effects
The bench creates an uncharged Webweaver bow. It generates its own arrows. The charged form gains additional ranged accuracy and damage against Wilderness monsters.
Special attack
The charged form has a 50% base-energy special that fires one stronger shot and restores Hitpoints and Prayer equal to one third of the damage dealt, rounded down.
Ammunition and charges
No external arrows or bolts are needed.
Use revenant ether on the uncharged weapon. Initial activation needs at least 1,000 ether. It stores up to 16,000 including a 1,000 activation reserve, leaving up to 15,000 usable charges. Uncharge returns stored ether. Eligible boosted hits use one charge unless Conservation saves it.
