Sarim custom content includes equipment enhancements, player perks and bosses with their own mechanics and rewards.
Equipment and progression

| Tempering | Consume identical copies of equipment to increase its combat bonuses, up to Temper +8. |
| Item Workbench | Break equipment into materials and attach item perks. |
| Player perks | Unlock and equip perks for combat, skilling and rewards. |
| Demonic Pact equipment | Custom equipment upgrades and their special effects. |
| Sarim Achievements | Complete skilling, combat and activity tasks for points and rewards. |
| Combat Achievements | Complete boss challenges for tier rewards, combat bonuses and Echo unlocks. |
Custom bosses
| Boss | Fight |
|---|---|
| Argentavis | Switch protection prayers, clear minions and keep ahead of tornadoes. |
| Malakar | Fight with a group and move to the portal matching your assigned colour. Each nearby contributor receives a personal reward. |
| Ophidia | Switch away from the absorbed attack style, kill healing snakes and dodge lightning and portals. |
