Mokhaiotl cloth is a unique reward from Doom of Mokhaiotl, available from delve 2 onward. Claim it before ending the run or risking another delve.
Use it on a tormented bracelet at a bank with 10,000 demon tears, 70 Smithing and 83 Crafting to create Confliction gauntlets. The cloth and tears are consumed. Existing bracelet perks are retained; account Temper stays with its original family.
