Skotizo is a demonic boss beneath the Catacombs of Kourend. Each entry uses a dark totem and creates a private encounter with four altars around the arena.
Getting there
Use the Skotizo teleport in Sarim Hub and activate the altar with a completed dark totem in your inventory. Confirm entry to consume one totem. A dark totem is made by combining its base, middle and top while carrying all three pieces.
Fight
Use Protect from Magic when attacking from outside melee distance. If you fight beside Skotizo, he can use both melee and magic, so be ready to change protection.
Destroy awakened altars as they appear. Each active altar increases Skotizo's Defence against your hits, making him harder to damage. Arclight deals a 100-damage hit to an altar. Keep the altars under control, then return to Skotizo.
