Custom items

Custom items are Sarim's equipment, starter gear and utility items with their own effects. Open an item guide for its requirements, bonuses, acquisition and use. For equipment made from recipes, see the Item Creation Bench.

Rings

• Ring of AoE: extra Magic hits against nearby monsters.
• Ring of loot: bonus drop rate and a chance for another NPC loot roll.

Weapons, armour and capes

• Dragon hunter staff: a powered Magic weapon with bonuses against dragons.
• Divine spirit shield: reduces incoming NPC damage and drains Prayer points.
• Ophidian mask, Ophidian body and Ophidian chaps: Ranged equipment with a bonus on each piece.
• Merlin's cloak: a Magic cape dropped by Argentavis.
• Merlin's max cape: combine Merlin's cloak with a max cape and hood.
• Master capes: all 23 capes for reaching 200,000,000 XP in a skill.

Boosts and utility

• Imbued heart (Ranged): boost Ranged and Defence.
• Imbued heart (Melee): boost Attack, Strength and Defence.
• Galvek's eye: a reusable series of Hitpoints and Prayer restoration pulses.
• Slayer task pick scroll: select a normal or boss Slayer task.

Training gear

• Training amulet: early combat XP and eligible starter-equipment upgrades.
• Training bow: a charged starter Ranged weapon.
• Training sword: a charged starter melee weapon.
• Training staff: a charged starter Magic weapon.
